1 onion
cup salad oil
cup catsup
cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestshire sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook medium onion chopped in cup hot salad oil until tender but not brown. Add cup catsup, cup water, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons Worcestshire sauce, 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 teaspoons salt and teaspoon pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
