cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz. solid pack tomatoes chopped)
2 cans 8 oz. tomato sauce
teaspoon black ground pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add garlic and cook three minutes. Add all other ingredients. Cover over low heat stirring occasionally for 45 minutes. Delicious over any pasta.
