4 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons water
4 egg yolks
1 cup boiling water
1 small minced onion
Olives
Pickles
Parsley
Tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Add four tablespoons of oil and four tablespoons of water to four egg yolks. Beat well. Add one cup of boiling water and cook slowly until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and add one small minced onion, olives, pickles, parsley and a little tarragon vinegar. (Butter may be used in place of oil).
