3 to 5 chicken breasts
can cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese
Package of Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soup and cream cheese. Add to crockpot with chicken and seasoning. Cook high for 4 to 6 hours. Pour over rice.
