2 chicken boulon
3 c. water
1 c. onion
1 c. carrots
1 c. chopped broccoli ( I use frozen)
2 c. chopped potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 chicken boulon cubes into 3 cups water. Add onion, carrots, broccoli and potatoes. Simmer for 30 min. or until veg are well cooked. Add two cans cream of chicken soup and velveeta cheese. Melt thru till done and add pepper. Either serve in a bowl with bread to dip or in a bread bowl.
