3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery diced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 c. mayo
1 Tbls. soy sauce
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1 t. curry powder

Mix chicken, celery, water chestnuts and fruit together. Cover and chill.

Blend dressing ingredients together, mix until well blended. Let set for 10- 15 minutes.

Pour over salad and toss before serving.
