1 box of Beef Taquitos
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups of sour cream
2 cans of green chopped chilies
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese for the top, maybe 1 cup or so

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and stir. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 Pyrex with 1/2 of the mixture. Place the Taquitos on top and then layer with the rest of the mixture. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook for 1 hour on 350 or until bubbling.

You can prepare this the day before. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to cook. I also use a Mexican cheese mix for the cheese on the top.
