1 package of 6 ounce strawberry-flavor gelatin Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
1 can 16 ounce whole berry cranberry sauce.
1 can 15 ounce crushed pineapple in juice
1 can 11 ounce mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Stir all of these ingredients together and pour into a 9 by 12 Pyrex bowl. Refrigerate until firm. You may garnish with mandarin orange segments and mint sprigs.
