2 cups bread flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon soda
teaspoon salt
cup melted Crisco
2 eggs
1 cups pared, grated apples
cup chopped walnuts
cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack.
