Yams Salt and pepper 1 egg ½ cup miniature marshmallows
Boil yams with jackets on in slightly salted water until they are soft. Remove jackets and mash. Season with salt and pepper. Whip in 1 beaten egg. Spread in casserole. Cover top with ½ cup miniature marshmallows and bake until marshmallows are melted and browned.
