2 cups boiled potatoes 2 cups hot cream sauce Grated cheddar cheese Bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste
Slice two cups of cold boiled potatoes and add to 2 cups of hot cream sauce. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour into greased baking dish and add grated cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Top with bread crumbs and place in oven to brown.
