4 tomatoes
Bread crumbs
Handful parsley
1 onion
Butter
Salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:

Cut a slice from the stem end of 4 tomatoes. Scoop out a portion of the pulp. Prepare a dressing make with bread crumbs, parsley, and minced onion, salt and paprika. Moisten with melted butter. Fill into tomatoes (heaped), dot with butter and bake in hot oven until tender and lightly browned
