Ingredients:  
4 Apples (I use Fuji or Gala)
6 Stalks Celery
1 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cups Walnuts
1 TBSP Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & dice apples. Pour in lemon juice. Stir to coat all apples. Add more if needed. Slice & add celery. Add mayo, stirring to coats apples & celery. Add more if needed. Stir in nuts. Chill & serve.
