3 oz msg
2 oz chili powder
1 1/2 oz red pepper
1 1/2 oz black pepper
1 1/2 oz garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Although it calls for 26 ounces of salt, Rich and I both feel it is way too salty. Mixture must be refrigerated and should not be used on tomatoes as it is too acidic.
