1 bag spinach
1 bag Romaine lettuce
2 Braeburn apples
2 c Swiss cheese-shredded
1-1/2 c cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Core and slice apples, put in ziplock, and sprinkle with Fruit Fresh or lemon juice. Toss spinach and romaine together. Sprinkle with apples, cashews, cheese, and dressing. Serve immediately.
