3 cups mashed baked sweet potatoes (bake 4 peeled medium potatoes in a 375 degree oven until fork tender, 35-45 min.), 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1/3 stick butter, 1/2 c. sweet milk (condensed), 1 tsp. vanilla.

Topping: 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1 cup chopped toasted pecans, 1/3-3/4 stick melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish, cover with topping.
Topping:
Mix ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle. Bake about 35 minutes at 350 or until golden brown (Increase to 400 for extra browning).
