3 – 4 lb. Chicken (breast) cut in pieces
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup butter
½ clove garlic
1 tablespoon minced onion
¼ lb. fresh mushrooms
1-2 cups sour cream
¼ cup milk

Directions:

Rub chicken in lemon juice and dip in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Brown in butter. Place in baking dish, add garlic, onion and sliced sautéed mushrooms. Cover with sour cream and milk and bake in covered pan in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.

Variation:

When done, remove chicken from pan. Beat gravy smooth, add ½ cup milk and ¼ cup white wine. Serve gravy over noodles or rice.
