1 -1/3 cups packaged precooked rice
lb. chicken liver cut in pieces
1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed
2 tablespoons butter
teaspoons salt
Dash pepper
1-4 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Brown livers in small amount of butter. Combine rice, spinach, chicken livers, 2 tablespoons butter, Burgundy wine, salt, pepper and cheese. Spoon into a 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
