Almonds
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Steam chicken until almost tender. Remove from pot and stuff with lb. chopped almonds: season with parsley, pepper and salt to taste, add 1 teaspoon bread crumbs and bind together with 1 beaten egg. Place chicken in roasting pan and bake until done.
