Use veal round in roll and place a piece of suet on top. Salt and pepper and then dip in flour. Brown well in Dutch oven on top of the stove in a little olive oil. Add 1 can onion soup and 3 cans of water. Cook until done. Parboil potato halves and carrots. Add just before meat is done.
