6 heaping tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
1 level teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
Sprinkle of garlic salt
1 cut cube of garlic
2 generous tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a sauce using the above ingredients.
Salt, pepper and paprika a rack of pork spare ribs. Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Place ribs in roaster with small amount of water on bottom and 1 whole onion. Place in oven and reduce heat to 400 degrees. Roast for 1 to 2 hours or until done. About hour before ribs are done, pour sauce over all and finish baking until sauce thickens.
