3 slices bacon
1/2 c onions
3 - 4 lb potatoes
8 oz sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon until crisp. Set out and let it cool. Fry onions in bacon drippings until clear. Boil potatoes in jacket until done. Chop up. Mix altogether with sour cream. Salt to taste.
