2 lb lean hamburger
1 c water
2 T Morton's Tender Quick Curing Salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, then divide in to two rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out of wrap and bake in shallow pan at 300 for 1 hour. Pour off grease and wipe off excess grease. After cooled, store in plastic bags in refrigerator.
