2 lb lean hamburger 1 c water 2 T Morton's Tender Quick Curing Salt 1/4 tsp onion salt 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Mix all together, then divide in to two rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out of wrap and bake in shallow pan at 300º for 1 hour. Pour off grease and wipe off excess grease. After cooled, store in plastic bags in refrigerator.
