4 pork chops (1 lb)
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c water
3 T brown sugar
2 T lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
1 T cornstarch (can use flour)
2 tsp chicken bouillon
11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 med green bell pepper sliced in long strips

Directions:
In skillet, brown meat in oil on both sides. (Remove from pan). Add remaining ingredients except orange and pepper. Cook and stir until slightly thickened. Put meat back in pan. Simmer covered about 20 minutes. Add oranges and peppers and heat through.
