1 lbs. of lamb
small amount of oil.
1 quart diced potatoes
cup carrots
3 onions
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 lbs. of lamb into small pieces. Dredge each piece of meat in flour and brown in a frying pan in small amount of oil. When browned place meat in Dutch oven, cover with water, and cook slowly for one hour until tender. After first thirty minutes of cooking time, add 1 quart diced potatoes, cup carrots and 3 onions. Season with salt and pepper and thicken with 2 tablespoons of flour moistened in enough cold water to form a smooth paste.
