1 rack (2 lbs.) spareribs
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash monosodium glutamate
½ cup apple jelly
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestshire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle rack of ribs with salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate. Use a small saucepan, put in apple jelly and melt over a low heat, then stir in lemon juice, mustard and Worcestshire sauce. Brush or spoon onto ribs. Brush frequently with apple jelly mixture to give a good brown crust. Barbecue. Keep well above flame as ribs burn easily.
