1 large package thin sliced corned beef
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 jar large kosher dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out three pieces of corned beef, overlapping each one. Spread softened cream cheese over corned beef, place dill pickle at short end of corned beef and roll up (like a jell-roll). Put in air tight container and refrigerate. When ready to serve slice in circles about 1/2-inch thick and place with cut side up on plate.
