2 lbs. lean veal cut in small pieces
1 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Pinch of thyme
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
2 pieces of garlic
2 tablespoons parsley
1 can tomato sauce (small size)
1 small can chopped olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together meat, onion, garlic and parsley. When brown add seasonings, then add celery and cook slowly for
1 ˝ hours. When almost done add tomato sauce and chopped olives. Cook (simmer) for last ˝ hour and serve.
