1 lb. ground beef
cup diced green pepper
cup minced onion
cup diced celery
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
cup water
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 can pork and beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, vegetables and garlic in hot fat until vegetables are soft. Add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, mustard, thyme, brown sugar and seasonings. Blend well and add beans. Simmer 5 minutes. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
