1 1b. Italian pork sausage
1 lb. rigatoni
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb fresh mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1 large can of tomato puree
cup grated cheese pecorino
Salt
Pepper
1 clove garlic
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage in 1 inch pieces, place in hot skillet with olive oil, brown for 10 minutes. Add sliced onion, mushroom (well cleaned) and garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato puree and bay leaf. Cover pan and cook slowly for 1 hour. Remove Bay leaf. Cook rigatoni according to package. Drain and place in baking dish, add sausage and sauce and mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
