2 lbs. ground beef
1 package Lipton Onion Soup
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon worcestshire sauce
1 raw egg
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
4 peeled potatoes cut in large wedges.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the onion soup, catsup, egg and worcestshire sauce together. Kneed mixture into ground beef in a large bowl. Form meat into a loaf and place in baking pan. Dust with garlic salt and pepper. Add potatoes around meat and cover with tomato sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
