1 lbs ground beef
3 stalks celery
1 large onion
bunch parsley
1 large grated carrot
1 medium sized grated potato
bell pepper cut up
1 egg raw
1 thick slice dry bread
cup warm water
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 pinch poultry seasoning
1 pinch each: baking soda and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together celery, large onion cut up, grated carrot, parsley, potato and bell pepper. Add meat to mixture. Add egg and slice of bread soaked in milk. Add warm water, garlic salt, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, baking soda and paprika. Shape, place in baking dish slightly oiled on bottom, garnish with strips of bacon and cup catsup diluted with warm water for gravy. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 hours.
