Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1 lb hamburger
1/4 c chopped onion
16 oz tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
1 tsp fennel seed
12 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On lightly floured surface, let dough stand at room temperature 1 hour. Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, parmesan cheese and seasonings; simmer 15 minutes. Roll dough to 15x11" rectangle; press into bottom and 1" up sides of greased 13x9" baking pan. Cover with half of mozzarella cheese and meat sauce; repeat layers. Bake at 425 degrees 20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

NOTE:I prefer not to mix all of the parmesan cheese into the sauce - maybe 1/6 cup then sprinkle the rest on top of the pizza before baking. Also, this crust takes about 4 hours to thaw. I like to put the dough in the pan I will bake it in, with the pan coated in PAM and then covered (spray saran wrap with Pan before putting on pan) until dough is thawed.
