1/2 c butter
10 eggs
1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb large curd cottage cheese
1 lb jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Whip eggs until fluffy and add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, butter and 1/2 of the jack cheese. * Place mixture in a greased 9x13" dish. Top with remaining jack cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool and cut for serving.

* At this point you may add any special ingredient (s) you wish.
