1 lb. Sirloin sliced in ½ inch strips
¼ cup green onions chopped
¼ cup fresh mushrooms chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups brown gravy or 1 bouillon cube diluted with 1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup Burgundy wine
2 cups hot noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté beef, onions and mushrooms in buttered skillet until meat is light brown. Add salt and pepper. Stir in gravy and sour cream. Cook over low heat stirring often. Add wine, let simmer 5 more minutes. Cook noodles in salted water, drain, and place in casserole. Pour meat and gravy mixture over noodles and serve.
