1/2 C Shortning
2 C Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 1/2 C Rhubarb, raw
1 C Sour Milk
1 Egg
1 t Salt
1 t Vanilla

Topping
1/2 C Sugar
2 t Cinnamon

Mix all ingredents. Sprinkle top with topping. Bake at 350 30 - 35 minutes.
