3/4 c BUTTER, softened
1 - 3.4 oz pkg instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and pudding mix. Gradually beat in flour. Fold in pecans. Roll into 1 1/2" balls. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheets; flatten to 1/2" with a greased glass. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove to wire racks. The flavors seem to be a little better if the mix is allowed to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
