1 c sugar
3/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, until creamy. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Beat until well mixed. Divide dough into thirds; wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, 1/3 at a time (keep remaining dough refrigerated) to 1/8" thickness. Cut with 2" star cookie cutter. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Sprinkle cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
