3/4 c chicken broth
1/4 c soy sauce
2 T cornstarch
1 T oil
2 skinned & boned chicken cut into 1/4" strips
1/2 c sliced celery
1/4 lb snow peas
4 lg mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c slivered almonds
3 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in small bowl; set aside. Pour oil into pan, heat medium-high 1 minute. Add chicken; cook stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Add celery, snow peas and mushrooms; cook, stirring constantly 3-4 minutes or until veggies are tender and chicken is done. Stir in almonds. Stir in broth mixture; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
