3 c cubed cooked chicken breast
2 cans rotel
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
15 - 20 flour tortillas
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear tortillas into medium small pieces. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350 long enough to make the tortillas start to brown and stiffen. Mix other ingredients together. Alternate layers of baked tortillas and chicken mixture in an oven-proof casserole dish. Bake at 350 20-30 minutes or until heated all the way through. NOTE: Don't use thick tortillas and don't substitute picante sauce for rotel.
