1 1/2 lbs vanilla flavored candy coating (9 blocks)
14 oz Eagle Brand Milk
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy pan, over low heat, melt coating with milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9" square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
