1 3/4 c unsifted flour
2 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except water; beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Remove from mixer; stir in water (batter will be thin.) Pour into two greased and floured 9" or 3 - 8" layer pans, or a 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes for layers; 35-40 minutes for large pan, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on rack. Remove from pans; cool completely. Frost. (Cupcakes bake at 13-16 minutes).
