1/2 c sugar
2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c milk (more if needed)
1 tsp jam or preserves per muffin

Directions:
Directions:
Dough should be thick but not stiff. Mix - do not beat. Bake 425 until done. Don't use paper cups. Use tin muffin pans only.
