1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
lb. shredded gruyere cheese
2 tbsp. cornstarch
tsp. grouond nutmeg
tsp. salt
2 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cheeses, cornstarch, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
In a dutch oven, bring wine and lemon juice to boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Add cheese mixture, cup at a time, stirring constantly until cheese melts after each addition. Transfer mixture to fondue pot. Keep warm over low heat. Serve with your choice of bread sticks/cubes, carrots, broccoli, asparagus or apples.
