1 loaf French bread 1/2 c. butter (softened) 2 c. shredded Mexican cheese w/ Monterey Jack 1 c. mayonnaise 1 bunch green onions (chopped) 2 cloves garlic (pureed)
Split bread lengthwise. Mix butter, cheese, mayonnaise, green onion and garlic in a bowl. Spread the cut side of bread with the ingredients. Wrap in foil. Cook 325ºF for 10-15 minutes until warm and the spread is melted.
