3 Tbls olive oil or butter
12 small red potatoes, washed and cut on half
1 head of garlic, separated into cloves and peeled
May season with any one of the following:
Chopped fresh Rosemary, Thyme, or Basil.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour olive oil into bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Add potatoes and garlic, toss potatoes until coated in oil. Spread potatoes out cut side down in single layer. Sprinkled with herbs and cover with foil.

Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and starting to brown.
