1 can diced tomatoes, drained.
1 handful of dried onions, reconstituted.
1 cup of cheese, any kind.

Directions:
Combine vegetables in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese, (may use any vegetable , but must use diced tomatoes). bake for 20 min at 350.
