11/2 lbs. ground beef,1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce, 1 can refried beans,12 corn tortillas,1/4c. hot taco sauce, 1/4 c. diced onions, dash garlic salt, 1c. grated cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat tortillas in 3 tbs. hot oil to soften.
Fry ground beef, add onion, garlic salt, when browned add taco sauce and refried beans.
Pour enchilada sauce into a 9x13 pan . Fill corn tortilla with meat mixture and roll up like jelly roll.Dip in enchilada sauce , repeat until all 12 are filled.
Cover casserole with foil and bake at 350for 30 minutes. Remove foil, add grated cheese to top of rolls and bake until melted.
