2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and beat in eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in sour cream and vanilla.

In greased bundt pan or angel food cake pan, sprinkle 2 tbsp. topping in pan.

Cover with 1/3 of the batter and repeat ending with the topping.

Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
