Red, Yellow or Orange Peppers
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Grill or Broil Peppers until skin turns black
Remove and place in brown paper bag for 1/2 hour to allow to steam
Wipe peppers with a paper towel to remove skin. Do NOT wash
Slice to remove seeds and stem
Can be stored in oil.
Do NOT season until ready to use.
